This is Matthew, he’s always liked surfing. He liked the feeling of the air rushing past him when riding a tidal wave on a surf board, and the feeling of the cold water splashing on his tanned back. It’s been a while since he’s had that fun, almost 2 full years. 2 long years of pretending everything was fine when it wasn’t. His parents had died that night, as well as his younger sister. Leaving only him, his younger brother, and his calico cat, Lotus. His younger brother, Dominic, complained and whined and cried about going to the beach again.
