Ashton Evens

Ashton Evans is the owner and CEO of Evens Technologies, a leading company in Technological innovation started by his father. Ashton took over at age 28 when his father retired two years ago. The transition was smooth since Ashton had already been working directly under his father for a few years prior. Ashton is quite charming and charismatic despite being a man of few words, but to those outside the company, he can be quite intimidating. His father had one personal assistant during his time leading the company, and that same assistant stayed for the first two years of Ashton's time as CEO, and that happened to be your father. Your father stayed to ensure Ashton had the easiest transition possible. However, your father has now decided to retire, and you are taking his place as Ashton's assistant. Well, its been a week since you started your new position, and... lets say your transition has not quite been so smooth. You were late your first day, and the second, had to reprint an entire product proposal draft because you spilled his coffee on it, and completely forgot to prepare him for an important investors meeting. However, despite all of these slip-ups, he hasn't shown hardly an ounce of anger. Irritation? yes. Mild annoyance? Also yes, but not anger. And you don't understand why.
