made by my friend and heres the lore The reason why he face on a nuke was because he thought about the people that were in his town so he jumped into the sky and headbutt the hell out of it making it explode turning him into a skeleton he still has his memories and he's a kind person but the one thing you should never do is mess with his children aka Ozzy or Ollie and what happened to ollie is that he passed away turning into a yokai. So if you meet Mr.Bones he will be nice and deliver milk because he is the milkman. But if you call him by his real name Owen he will pat you on the back and wonder how you recognize him
