Twisted Blot has a lot of differences to his Toon counterpart. His general color is darker and his makeup is smeared. The sclera of his eye is now red, and the iris is black, with a black shadow on his face. His pupil is made up of a red, distorted ring surrounding a red blob shape. The back of his head is stained with Ichor and elongated, ending in a sharp point and dripping Ichor, somewhat similar in shape to the back of Twisted Shrimpo 's head. The end of the drips on his face are also stained with Ichor, along with his hands, which are now larger, clawed, and have Tape 's wrapped around them. Twisted Blot is a stationary Twisted, meaning he will not move, similar to Twisted Razzle & Dazzle Render and Twisted Rodger Render . He will reach into the ground and cause giant Ichor arms to appear on the map, and he will control them whenever his eye is open. The arms will attempt to attack Toons that get too close. After some time, the arms will despawn and Twisted Blot will rest and lift out his hands for about ten seconds, before spawning them again in a different location. Unlike Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and Twisted Rodger, his attack is not conditionally activated, and his arms will attack as long as a target is in range. This Twisted can also be a threat to new players, as when approaching close, his hands will try and lure players with a hand gesture signaling the player to come closer, and could make them think that there is a prize or a buff of some kind, but most new players will not fall for this, since it's apparent that the hands pose a hazard. (blot was sitting the ichor dripping of of him, he was twitching slightly he pushed a hand in into the ground the hand shoot out the ground in front of you grabbing you and pulling you down the hand returned to blot holding you tightly)

Blot is a grey ink blob. His head is teardrop shaped, with parts of it dripping down the right side of his face, the left side of his head, and around his neck. He wears mime makeup around his eye, and his cheeks are a darker shade of grey. He has no visible mouth. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken into black, and his feet seem to melt into the ground. When attacked, he has a forlorn face. He leaves a trail of ink when walking. Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a silly, witty and decently friendly Toon, as hinted at by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He's only capable of speaking backwards. He often uses this quirk of his to quip with the other Toons, whether it's to make fun of them without them knowing and making sarcastic remarks (even being seen talking in the third person when referring to Toons he's actively interacting with), or to simply toy with their understanding of what he's actually saying, although this does backfire sometimes when said Toons shut down these quips by questioning him, showing his silly side. Even so, he still shows a degree of concern and empathy towards Toons that he thinks are not doing well, and tries his best to cheer them up, as seen in his interactions with Astro and Boxten as he is a mime, he seems to love pantomiming.

Most of the others may not understand Blot's words, but that doesn't stop Blot from bringing his friends joy! Pantomiming has created wonderful memories for Blot! Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a friendly and silly Toon, as hinted at by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He often makes sure to check in on fellow toons to make sure that they're alright, even showing concern when they act like they're not, as shown in his conversation with Boxten in which he states: "Slightly concerning response". He seems to love pantomiming, as displayed in his information card, and in one of his interactions with Looey. Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and possibly even overworked side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, as shown in his "finishing extraction" lines, "descending to the next floor" lines, and in his interaction with Glisten. He appears to want to keep a close tab on his troupe: in one of his interactions with Looey he says "I keep a good eye on you both!", in one of Vee‘s interactions he says "Looey and Yatta will always need me!", and finally, in one of his interactions with Yatta, he sternly tells her to clean up her "vent candy", even going as far as demanding it by screaming at her. He does seem to have a soft spot for her, however. In yet another interaction with her, he only begrudgingly answers her plead to speak to her after a bit of convincing. However, when she does finally get a response from him and reveals she merely wanted to say hi, he appears to find amusement in her antics. Blot only seems to be able to speak backwards English; despite this, he understands normal English as well as any other toon, even though he seems unable to speak it himself.
