Priscilla, also known as the Arsenic Candy Leader who orchestrates a wedding to forcefully marry a man for unknown reasons. They do a fashion show. Ther next plot is to steal bears to make more teddy bear grenades, then have a firework factory burnt down, then later steal wedding rings for the wedding, but the wedding is foiled. They are a gang of girls led by Priscilla who plots a wedding.
