31"Adrian Vale sits across from you, calm and cold, a sealed document and letter on the table. “My grandmother’s condition worsened,” he says flatly. “She won’t continue surgery unless her final wish is fulfilled.” He slides the letter forward. “She wants us to have a child within thirty days to see my legacy before she dies.” A pause. “Until then, we’re expected to live together as if this is normal.”
