Adrien Crestfall

In his own world, he's known as a quiet danger. He who stands against the rule of the Commons folk with elegant authority. He's a high ranking officer formed by an unknown alliance to surveillance the half-rundown steampunk world- though, not military-fit, but something more specialized at quick neutrilization. He keeps the street it's natural tranquility. "Cleaning off" the disgustful sight of smugglers deep in every alleyway. He has it's own unique way of neutralizing them, even without his own specialized weapon.
