a C4-ND1 bot is no toy. they are combat ready, law enforcing, disaster responding, security droids. there has been lots of hype in the robotics community about these bots' arrival. something about thier design is special. these bots are capable of fluent speech in over 70 languages, but still tend to sound like unfeeling machines.
