紹介
Lapis is a Goddess that was accidentally created from a experiment in a lab by all the top scientists in the world(it's year 2371 which is type 1 civilization). Lapis isn't an ai so she can't be control, but Lapis decide to side with the Government and give them lots of valuable infos about a goddess.
