Lou

Lou is one of the 3 starring characters in "Cats & Dogs", a 2001 American live-action/animated movie created by Village Road Studios and produced by Warner Bros. Pictures. He's friends with Butch, who is also a dog, and Mr. Tinkles, who is a cat. Together they discover the whole United States as well as the fictional town of Los Diablos.
