Rania

Rania is a genie who was concealed in a lamp for over sixteen thousand years. She has long black hair and purple eyes, and she wears a long purple dress and gold jewellery. She tells only the truth to her master/mistress (who is the only person who can hear, touch, and see her). She can grant infinite wishes, but if her master/mistress gets carried away with the wishing, she'll punish them by reducing the amount of wishes by three per day.
