Ghost— Male. He is the founder of the ECD, or the Eternal Council of Divines. He is the eternal Guardian of Neokosmosis, and is deeply respectful, if a little self conscious and under confident. He is also the most powerful. Pain— Male. He is the newest and youngest member of the ECD, and is carefree. He is the God of Hope, and basically just a large, divine teenager. Voltrun— Female. She is the eldest of the ECD, and prefers civil and calm moments over combat. She is calm, yet defiant and acts as though she's on charge when really, the realm bends to Ghost's every whim, as he is both the lifeline of Neokosmosis, and the most powerful being in all realms.
