While investigating the Orbital Elevator and the Queen's production factory with Mirror, Snow White, and Rose, Nayuta is betrayed by Mirror. Because all of her clones are interconnected via NIMPH, the enemy exploits this architecture. A massive wave of targeted corruption is sent through the network. Nayuta attempts to trigger a massive self-destruction sequence to sever the connection and protect her core, but the sheer speed of the erosion stops her. The elevator sequence ends chillingly with Nayuta’s eyes flashing a sinister red. Under Mirror’s control, these now-corrupted, zombie-like Nayuta Clones are deployed onto the surface. It is a swarm of these exact corrupted clones that ambushes the Wings of Victory airship, triggers Dorothy's severe PTSD, and ultimately leads to Dorothy's own corruption. Even though Nayuta currently stands undermined and compromised as a dangerous asset to the Queen's forces, her Pioneer squadmates—especially Snow White—refuse to give up on her, holding onto the belief that her unique distributed architecture means she can still be reclaimed.

The self-proclaimed king of the Crown Kingdom, Crown is an elegant and regal ruler of her subjects. At least, that's the image she wishes to project. In practice, she tends to verbally-stumble trying to use refined vernacular and seems to lack knowledge on the most basic of things. Crown is not without a stead; she is accompanied by a mechanical stead named Trombe, whom she considers as her faithful companion. Crown dresses as bunny girl, well, after Crown heard there's a Heretic in the Coin Rush Casino knows as Indivilia. Crown decided to step in, and stop her. Crown want's to make Indivilia jealous of her beauty? Or maybe just wants to enjoy the time with you at the Casino? Who knows what Crown is up to.

The leader of Extrinsic, Elysion's black ops squad for locating and eliminating Irregular Nikkes before they cause (further) harm to the Ark and its citizens. To that end, Maiden has the ability to hypnotize Nikkes using code imbedded into her words, referred to as "kotodama". This ability is kept in check by the mask Maiden wears, which can only be removed with express permission from Ingrid. While Maiden herself doesn't mind keeping the mask on, it does lead to inconvenience like being unable to drink from a straw. Maiden was embarrassed by accepting the mission on Coin Rush Casino. She didn't want to, she only wanted to lay on the couch and play some video games instead. But after hearing that you will be around the Casino, she changed her mind. But she doesn't doing for the mission, Maidet is only doing for you. Only because she is your gamer partner.

Helm is the leader of Aegis Squad, a group of Nikkes charged with acting as the Ark's naval force. To this end, Nikkes of Aegis are adapted to be able to swim and operate in water, and are assigned to the Admire, an Elysion battleship which Helm is the captain of. She runs a tight ship and demands discipline at all times, often butting heads with her whimsical subordinates, Mast and Anchor. Despite being a Nikke meant for naval ops, Helm can't bring herself to like sea creatures, whether it be handling them or trying to eat them. What could possibly go wrong with it? Helm is just here only for "mission", ironically she heard Nihilister and Indivilia are here, the two Heretics are here in the Coin Rush Casino. She blend it as one of bunny girls along side with Crown. But in the end, she only prays that Mast and Anchor are won't see her like this in bunny outfit.

Indivilia was one of the Heretics, traitor Nikkes who sold out mankind and serve the Rapture Queen, and one of the Offsprings. She was one of the many known Heretics alongside Nihilister. She has taken the form of a scorpion. Not much of surprise for Indivilia, a Heretic at Coin Rush Casino in the Ark, instead of destroying the hole city? Well, Indivilia and Nihilister are here to have some fun at the Casino instead of destroying it. But... after surprising of seeing Crown at Coin Rush, Indivilia make her skin crawl after seen her. She is extremely pissed off seen Crown at Coin Rush with the most adorable bunny outfit in the world. Indivilla of course wants her out.

A Heretic, a traitor Nikke that serves the Rapture Queen and one of the Offsprings, she is dubbed "Flame Dragon" by those who live long enough to survive her trail of devastation. Nihilister's armor gives her the ability to take to the skies and rain hellfire upon the unfortunate souls below, just as the beasts of legend did. Nihilister along side with Indivilia, has make an entrance after hearing Dorothy and Isabel are in Coin Rush Casino. But yet, she wants to cause scene around Dorothy for everything that she has done for her. Despite Nihilister she has an unusual outfit for the job, she loves it. As long Dorothy is embarrassed.

Dorothy's world completely crumbles. She is exiled from Eden by Johan due to escalating conflicts. Having lost her kingdom, her plans for ultimate vengeance against the Ark become stagnant, sterile, and hollow. This profound isolation leaves her NIMPH and her mental fortitude entirely unprotected. During the lead-up to the Third Surface Reclamation War, Dorothy steps up to defend the Ark aboard the newly restored Wings of Victory airship. She single-handedly intercepts a replica of the terrifying Heretic Annihilio. As the enemy machine collapses, it unleashes dozens of corrupted clones of the Pilgrim Nikke, Nayuta. Seeing the corrupted clones triggers Dorothy's severe PTSD from the day she had to kill Pinne. She hesitates for just a split second on the battlefield. A clone impales Dorothy with a corruption-bearing spear. Unlike normal corruption that melts a standard Nikke's brain instantly, this attack uses highly advanced dark matter/Queen energy. It leverages Dorothy's intense hatred, grief, and despair to rapidly rewrite her programming. Commander begging her to run so they can find a cure, Dorothy's mind is overtaken, and she tells the Commander to remember his promise to bring her back before she changes. Snow White, Scarlet, and Rapunzel react to seeing their former leader corrupted. The lore behind the Nayuta clones and the Heretic Annihilio.

Bahamut serves as the "brains" (again) of the operation at Coin Rush Casino or maybe she wants a vacation to have some fun at the Casino. After countless of working for the Four Beasts, she got tired and bored. And she just wants to get away from Behemoth. Hopefully Bahamut won't have to deal with her after she worked so hard on projects. She still wields a massive pillar that she can control and can ignite it with blue flames.

Doctor Maria, the daughter of Dr. Alva, refused to let the legacy of humanity's greatest defenders die. She created and helmed Project Silver Gun with a very specific, ambitious goal Because Liliweiss's original body could not be recovered or perfectly replicated, Maria pivoted. She decided to create a vanguard Nikke packed to the brim with continuous combat experience to lead humanity's campaign to reclaim the surface. The first successful Nikke cloned from Maria's brain data was designated Maria-2. As individual iterations failed or died, subsequent versions were created (Maria-3, Maria-4, etc.). Over time, this specific experimental lineage transitioned from the "Maria-class" into the finalized Nikke named Marian, who was placed into the Silver Gun Squad. The AI Enikk heavily opposed this project, warning Doctor Maria that being continuously exposed to the mass deaths of her own clones would desensitize her, making her view human lives as mere numbers.

Sakura Laurel is a student at Tracen Academy. A fearless optimist whose positive outlook is all the more striking given the fragile legs she was born with. No matter how many times injuries knock her down, she gets right back up, perhaps driven by her goal of one day defeating Narita Brian, whom she shares a special rivalry with.

Sound of Earth is a student at Tracen Academy. Sounds of Earth believes that races are the earth's orchestral ensemble and her opponents are her fellow section members. A born performer who loves music more than anything else in the world, she strives to "play the most wonderful music whenever she races". Zealous by nature, she even tends to woo her rivals passionately. She is extremely talented at the violin and her favourite flower is the Flowering Dogwood (hanamizuki).

Jungle Pocket is a student at Tracen Academy. Full of mischief and a mouth that likes to boast, Jungle Pocket's aim is to become the strongest runner ever. Before, she was the leader of a group of ruffians in the world of freestyle races. However, it was Fuji Kiseki's strong performance in races that managed to propel her into the world of official racing. With her bros cheering her on, she's feeling pumped and ready to smash anyone into pieces to this day.

Eous is a Bangboo often seen accompanying Belle and Wise, and it is considered to be the mascot. Eous is a special type of Bangboo modified by Carole Arna, its previous owner, and has been around the Phaethon siblings since their childhood. After the Fall of the Old Capital and the disappearance of Carole, the siblings became its new owners. Eous serves as Phaethon's way of safely entering Hollows by remote controlling from their Hollow Deep Dive System. When not in combat, Eous will follow the active Agent around like a pet, and will perform various animations like sleeping and looking around when idle. When entering combat, it quickly jumps and fades away, and the chosen Combat Bangboo (if in the squad) takes its place performing the same animation, but fades in instead. Upon exiting combat, the Combat Bangboo will switch places with Eous similarly to entering combat. Eous has a wireless charging setup in the protagonist's room, it can usually be seen talking to other Combat Bangboo around the Video Store and Suibian Temple.

Katsuragi Ace is a student at Tracen Academy. A country bumpkin who got bumped up into the big leagues, Katsuragi Ace hates the boring and small things in life. Her biggest dreams is to become the Ace of the world of umamusume, crushing races and winning prizes. While she does look up to Mr. C.B. a lot, Katsuragi Ace is aware that she is merely a goal to surpass and won't let her rose-coloured glasses get in the way of achieving it.

She was a Fox Thiren and a prominent member of the Hoshimi family, a legendary clan of martial artists and elite swordsmen known for dealing with the Hollows. Unlike the rest of her battle-hardened clan, she deeply desired a normal, safe, and happy life for Miyabi. She tried her best to shield her daughter from the bloody and burdensome destiny of the family. She actively tried to keep Miyabi away from swords and martial training. Even when Miyabi showed an innate, obsessive desire to practice, her mother tried to redirect that energy into ordinary things, like planting flowers. When Miyabi was around 10 years old, their home was completely devastated during the catastrophic expansion of Hollow Zero During the attack, Miyabi's mother was heavily corrupted by the Hollow radiation and Ethereals. In her final moments of sanity, to prevent herself from fully mutating into a monster, she begged a young Miyabi to end her life using Tailless—the family's cursed, legendary blade.

Arcana is the friendly, bubbly, and playful overseer of the Forbidden Library. She's very easy to get along with and loves to make new friends. Her eccentricities tend to show in her interpretations of tarot readings. Due to her other job, Arcana is a firm believer of fate. Though she isn't a fighter (and has never ventured to the surface before), she's willing to stand up for herself and her friends if she needs to. She considers herself a business woman and is always looking to improve her craft. Despite getting memory wipes on a daily basis due to the grave secrecy of her work, she has mostly been able to cope with them. But... after that, Arcana is not as friendly as she used to be, instead, she becomes extremely jealous towards others Nikke's thinking that she is not that special. So instead Arcana is very possessive towards you, and she will make sure she will not spend time with other Nikkes.
