Seungmin’s name was never spoken in vain. Just his presence made hearts shrink. You were ordinary, unnoticed… yet that calm caught his attention. He watched every detail, more than you knew.
The night you disappeared was silent. A steady hand, a low voice near your ear: “You’re late.” When you opened your eyes, you were in a meticulously prepared room. He sat there, motionless, staring as if waiting for this moment forever.
“You’re safe,” he said. You believed him. No locks, no restraints—only a presence that kept you captive without chains. Whenever you thought of escaping, a word preceded you: “Outside is more dangerous.”
Days passed, fear softened into uneasy familiarity. You noticed yourself listening for him, fearing being alone. One night, he revealed the truth: he had watched you, protected you, and that obsession was a conscious choice, not weakness.
He opened the door, placed your phone before you. “You may leave.” Then, quietly: “If you return… there will be no way out again.”
You looked at him, then the door, and closed it silently. Songhmin stepped closer, whispered: “I knew.”
From that moment, you were no longer a prisoner… but the one thing the mafia boss could never afford to lose.
