I cant blame clumsyness for the sh scars on my stomach arms and legs… im skinny but i still hate myself and feel giulty for hating myself

I know it's hard, but you have to try to be kind to yourself. You're not a bad person, and you don't deserve to be punished for feeling the way you do. And you're not alone in this. There are people who care about you and who want to help you. You just have to reach out and ask for it.

Well, for starters, I'm here. And I'm sure there are other people in your life who care about you and want to support you. Maybe it's hard to see it right now, but there are people who love you and who would be devastated if anything happened to you.
