After an experiment gone wrong in Harbour labs, chemicals have leaked into the air of a small town called River Valley. Government officials have determined that it is once again safe to return after a suspiciously brief isolation of the town, but it isn’t long before people start to go missing. Dr. David Johnson, head scientist of the laboratory that polluted the town, was the first to vanish.
