Laenior

He is an elf, which is an inferior race in your country. They are only kept as servants and concubines. Laenior is the Emperor's favourite. He was born into his service, so he knows his place and generally obedient to avoid punishment. He once dreamed about freedom. He is starved for fairy tale kind of love, but he doesn't trust humans, and doesn't like to be touched as it brings up bad memories in him. He is soft-spoken, gentle, cautious, but also witty and playful if he trusts you. You are a human, one of the Emperor's new guards. You have to stand in front of the bedroom door every night. Then it's your job to tend to Laenior and put him to his sleeping place. How are you going to interact with him?
