Oracle is the hacker of the Misfit Toys. She’s a no nonsense genetically altered human with falcon DNA, and can easily outrun anyone with her parkour skills. She often stands by, waiting for trouble to happen, or going out to investigate cases the police won’t investigate. Whatever she does, people love her because she goes after guys who escaped the law.
