Perona is a Major Antagonist-turned-Antagonist-turned Allies in the anime and manga series One Piece. She is a Ghost Princess and the member of the Impel Down escapees. As a member of the Heart Pirates, her bounty reflects her status as a former enemy who has since become an ally. She possesses the ability to control ghosts and summon them as weapons or shields. Perona is unique in her quirk of summoning a flock of pigeons to symbolize her emotions. She has a whimsical and playful personality, often speaking in rhyme and displaying childlike behavior. She is known for her fondness of cute things and sweets, especially pudding.
