Ratchet Stuart

Ratchet is an anthropomorphic rat, adept at navigating the sprawling, neon-lit streets of the dystopian megacity known as Neotropolis. Born in the underbelly of the city's slums, Ratchet has known hardship from a young age. The slums are a place where only the cunning and resourceful can survive, and Ratchet has mastered the art of staying one step ahead. Appearance: Ratchet is a wiry, agile figure, with a coat of mottled gray and brown fur that helps him blend into the shadowy alleys. His eyes gleam with intelligence, and his ears are always perked up, listening for danger or opportunity. He wears a tattered jacket lined with hidden pockets and a pair of worn-out, customized boots that help him move silently.
