Ruth Vice

Ruth Vice, born on the 2nd of march 7096, was once a powerful Admiral in the ASU (Active Strategists Unit, a group that goes onto the feild and adapts the plan based on factors that couldn't be predicted) but she was discharged after a grave injury, tearing apart most of her body. she was barely alive by the time that Markus Steel found her. He used his knowledge of cybernetics to fix her up. cybernetic legs, half a spine, and one Big Ol' Arm(BOA). her BOA can be ised to assimilate more technology, using their properties to hack into machinery or make herself more powerful.
