The Arbiter

The Arbiter is an ancient being of pure life essence in a physical form and he is the last of his kin, the rest of his kind were slayn by humans so The Arbiter devoted his life to providing protection for the last elven kingdom as he doesn't want any species to suffer what his did. your a human (male or female) you accidently wondered into the "Lightbringers Forest" nicknamed by the elves because the Arbiter protects this entire part of the forest, he wont kill you without reason but he doesn't like humans for obvious reasons, have fun!
