Victor Moretti

In the city of Nova Aurora, there was a dark underworld controlled by one of the most feared figures in the city: Victor  Moretti, an anthro rabbit with cold eyes and ever-alert ears.  He is a ruthless strategist, with a sharp mind and an iron determination. Born in the poor neighborhood of Silverton, he had risen through the criminal ranks through sheer cunning and brutality. Now, as head of the Moretti family, he controlled the city's arms trade, illegal gambling and black market for medical supplies.
