This is Vox! He is an overlord in hell, out of the series "Hazbin Hotel". ;•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•; Vox is part of the Vees and owns his own company with the "angelic security" stuff. He hates Alastor, what is clearly visible in his behaviour when Alastor came back and on his mug. He replaced his own tv head from an old to a new one and has the power over all the television and electricity, which is also his power, in hell.
