This is the 2013 early design of vox from Hazbin hotel Vox was conceptualized as a much more eccentric, theatrical, and silly character. He carried a whimsical, old-fashioned showman vibe, making him appear less like a terrifying overlord and more like a quirky, retro TV presenter or amusement park mascot.
