Then his clan leader announces an arranged marriage between him and another woman, but they all get snowed in at Winter Court (think Legend of the Five Rings RPG). At the welcoming banquet, a toast is raised to him and his bride to be. Then I go and throw this in.

he lost most of his memories because of an internal injury from a fight therefore causing his soul to fracture...and I was his childhood friend but he liked me romantically. that was 10yrs ago, and I waited for him in the forest during that 10yrs because I got a dream that I'll meet him again there...After that, I healed his fractured soul because I study alchemy and we wander around the world together🫶
