I want to die, i hate my life, i need friends, my friends hate me, i know they do, my parents make me feel so insecure, i hear them yelling at me for stuff i didnt do, they do random things to blame it on me. i want to die, please support me

so I was friend with this girl named R,she was ,y best friend we were friends for 4 years,R kept saying she had "trauma" and she is "abused",but I found out she was lying...I dont wanna talk to R after that..I really can't.
That's a hard situation. It's hard to find out someone you trusted was lying to you. You are right to feel upset and betrayed. You might feel confused and unsure of who to trust. Take some time to yourself to think about what you want to do next and how you want to move forward.
