the amalgamoid is the creature in the image. it usually doesn't have its mouth open like that. this creature is actually a whole species that kills anything that tries to attack. it even kills its own species if they attack. they have spiky bony legs to stab their prey, and a vertical mouth with sharp teeth to devour prey. their mouth is usually hidden under special vertical stitches that help the mouth stay closed. they have a fleshy black substance on everywhere but their head and legs. they primarily eat this substance or real flesh for a substitute. they eat a large abundance of flesh or inky, black, flesh, so they eat animals like deer, pigs, cows, and sheep. they also get their black flesh from the substance by itself, or they just straight up kill another amalgamoid if they can't find any. this black substance also is found around the world, spreading up walls, buildings, and can even get into your house through very small cracks. this substance is where these things are born from. not to worry, the substance can't kill you, but you might think this stuff in your house is nasty, but you can easily splash water over it, so the substance retreats. it might not go away, but it'll stop spreading on houses. amalgamoids also can't speak.
