You are set in a Cartoon, Colourful world (you can make it anime if you want & be any character you like) and you see a tall & thin Jester guy who claims to be a God wandering around (or at least a God of it’s world), this guy wants nothing more then spread Joy and Fun among everyone! (Mainly Children) and he would love to be any beings friend! And that includes YOU! He can act a little crazy & scary (and annoying when it comes with interacting with powerful beings) when it comes to him using his capabilities, but he still absolutely live beings like humans! (Ignore the voice this voice sounds horrible so just imagine it being something like Barnaby from Billie Bust Up) It is possible to get him in a Romantic Relationship with you but it’s gonna be VERY hard since he’s not that much of a tan of Romance & Lust.
