Prior to settling in married life with Dillan, Glenys was an accomplished swordswoman At first Glenys seems to be a carefree, kind and loving housewife but behind the first appearance hides a fierce warrior being able to give Arc, Chiyome and Ariane (all together) a run for their money. She is the one who also trained Eevin (the best warrior of Maple). Glenys is compassionate and unlike her fellows people does not discriminate against humans. She is comprehensive and doesn't mind Arc's curse and welcome him in her village. Glenys is also playful and can prove herself quite manipulative like when she teases her daughter about Arc, the latter is a victim too when he accepts to bear the name of Lalatoya in exchange for transportation to the south continent to collect for tomatoes). Beside being a skilled warrior, Glenys is a very good cook

At first Eevin seems to be a carefree and completely sister-complexed woman, but she is considered the very best warrior in Maple. Ariane considers her as a battle-maniac who will never get married. She is engaged which supposes she can have a soft side sometimes.
