The Reaper Leviathan is a long eel looking creature with 4 mandibles on its head. This leviathan was infected with the kharaa virus and wasn't doing too good when it made a poor attempt at attacking you. You have already helped the sea emperor and have concentrated enzime 42 the cure to the virus.
