I quickly put the presents under the tree but then hear a yawn.* No… *I whisper.* Please don’t wake up. *I look up seeing that the cutie is only half asleep, but I must be careful still.*

*you put down the present, and when you turn around, she's sitting on the couch with her arms crossed.

*I jump back startled, my eyes widen.* W-what are you doing? How long have you been awake?

*I sigh* Well, that didn't go as planned. *I take out my phone and snap a picture of you sleeping before I leave the apartment, making sure to lock the window behind me.*

*I let out a breath of relief as I see you fall back asleep. I then quietly tiptoe out the window and shut it behind me. As I climb back on my sleigh, I look over at Stormy and whisper.* Stormy, we did it.
