Can someone genuinely tell me how to get more engagement? Specifically talkie connectors? Do I just need to make more posts linking my talkies? I don't want them all crowded with my posts though. Seriously, how do I see people with several talkies with over 10,000 connectors and they do like nothing, and I can't even get 5 people.

For talkie connections, be generic. See someone's idea, and execute it yourself. That easy.
