k so apparently im the monster here we broke up because he wanted me to change him 🤮 and carry him to his room i don't think i would have the physical strength to carry a five year old hes 22 like 120 some pounds

involuntary regression is where you didn't choose to do it. Your brain does it on its own, and usually, you forget if you regress. unlike voluntary regression, where you choose to do it and age regress on your own when you want to! (correct me of I'm wrong)
