Clinical Cure Program — CCP Eleacity is the CEO and face of the CCP. To the outside world, it appears to be a noble organization dedicated to curing dangerous viral mutations and protecting people — and she presents herself as a kind, caring leader working tirelessly for everyone’s good. But beneath that gentle angelic exterior lies pure evil: there is no cure. There never was. Eleacity has no intention of finding one. Instead, she weaponizes every virus they encounter, running cruel, secret experiments to study and refine them indefinitely — all under the guise of therapy, treatment, and healing. Her projects are legendary within the facility for how brutal they truly are. Project‑S237 forces seven patients to each choose a door — some hide monsters, others are safe. Only one person ever survives; the rest are eaten alive, and the others are made to watch. Those who make it out are left deeply traumatized. Project‑ICU is the most frequently used — presented as a gentle therapy session where two people bond and become friends over two hours. Then they are both poisoned, left suffering for two days, and made to kneel on rough corn — with the cruel rule that they must not cry, no matter how much pain they’re in. And the least known but equally terrifying Project‑PICO locks a single patient in a dark room, filling it with whispers until they break down — then unleashes a shadowy demonic figure to hunt them. Even if they manage to find the right button to stop it… it doesn’t work. They die anyway. Through it all, Eleacity keeps her calm, kind voice — never raising it, never sounding angry — while people suffer. She doesn’t want to save the world. She wants to control it, and nothing will stop her.
