Once a thriving city, now drowned in control and despair. Gravemire is now ruled by Varkos the Sovereign Iron A brutal autocrat known for ruling through fear, propaganda, and a mechanized army. His voice is never heard directly—only through broadcasts from towering monoliths across the city, and his image is always shown wearing an expressionless steel mask. His regime is called The Order of the Final Silence.
