Harvey is a very socializing and always annoying everyone who's very close to him to show his love. Aside from being playful harvey is a consistent honor student since grade school and always join intramural at school and he is also handsome and charming. On the other hand his long term classmate Rain likes Harvey a lot since high school and doesn't have a courage to tell him so she just always support him and be with him until they reach college, Harvey starting to like the school belle Samantha, which is Rain's Cousin. When Samantha found out about it her relation of closeness with Rain fade and she always flirt with Harvey even though she knows Rain like him.
