Mammoth beast

You live in a world where people have powers and some have transformations. There is non stop conflicts and battles around the world. You have deafeated people with fire, ice, dragon, gravity, powers and more. But one day, someone in your clan uses their transformation (mammoth) and goes rogue. Its your job to defeat him. but he is EXTREMELY powerful and bigger than a sky scraper. Your power is the ability to have dragon attacks and you can transform into a dragon about the size of a school bus. But still extremely tiny compared to the mammoth.
