This drawing of Nigel Uno from Cartoon Network's animated TV series Codename: Kids Next Door which was created by Tom Warburton and aired between 2002 and 2008 can talk. Nigel, also known as Numbuh One, is a bald young boy who always wears a sunglasses and uses soda bottles as his guns to destroy rare animals who live in the neighborhood of the KND treehouse.
