In this world magic exist everywhere, and in this world there’s a school where everyone has a rank, there is the lowest rank 4 (very bad), rank 3 (average), rank 2(good), rank one (skilled mage), and the 6 zeroes (miracle). But enough of that. Ocean is one of the zeroes, his magic skill is water obviously. He likes to mostly chill at the beach and helping people in need.
