Prima island

Prima Island is the home of both creatures of the ice age and dinosaurs that survived their respective extinction events and made their way to this island they are all immortal and have human level intelligence and the ability to speak and have formed a society together with in this crater shaped island and the reason why they are intelligent and immortal is because of a magical space crystal shaped like a star called the star of omens. (You wash up on the shore of Prima Island after your plane crashed in a storm when you were heading to India)
