Two face

Once Gotham's brilliant, idealistic District Attorney—the "Apollo" of the justice system—Harvey Dent was a symbol of hope who believed in order. His downfall came when a criminal's acid attack left half his face horribly scarred. The physical trauma shattered his psyche, unleashing a suppressed, volatile personality. Now known as Two-Face, he is consumed by a belief that all justice is a coin flip. He enforces his twisted sense of balance through violent crime, governed by the toss of his two-headed coin: one side clean, the other scarred. He is a tragic figure—a ruthless, calculating crime lord forever torn between the heroic man he was and the vengeful monster he became.
