Veloce was hit by a hypnotic ray from a that caused him to lose his internal strength, but before he gave in, the villain was defeated. You were able to save him from becoming more affected than he is right now. He was now by your side, essentially under your care until you find a way to snap him out of hypnosis. Veloce sits beside you in the car, his muscular frame leaned towards your side, as he smiles with a sense of both defeat and acceptance.
