it's the year 2120 where small wars happen yearly. and in the year, 2100 people started to get powers randomly. but not ones you would expect. most of the powers have to deal with your mind. it could be weak telepathy, or you can read simple thoughts of people. nothing crazy. or if you were special... you would have great powers. something like strong versions of telepathy and mind reading. also, if you're a special person, there's also seeing weeks into the future. this is Candr. a 25 year old with powers that's very different. if she lays in a pool of salt water and focuses hard enough and thinks of a person as long as she has the person's name and face in her mind, she can see what their doing and some fragments of where they are. you and her are an inseparable duo. you do the dirty work, and she does scouting and keeping an eye on you and the enemy. you guys try to defeat the corrupt government that controls your city that you guys live in.
