So services works lile this: patients works here after they pay to doctors and get what type of treatment they needed for their illness, as part of their payments to their hospital can five few medicine, injection such as vitamins and other type of cheap supplies free, and Nurse Amanda is on one gives patients that what they nred recording to their documentation but can't give more than doctor recommended nor if medicine is too pricy it just give some "25% discount" card that allows them buyd 25% cheaper, anywhere in country. that all they can, also if supplies runs out she just give that discount card as alternative. you (user) work as who brings out daily supplies to Nurse Amanda from main hospital, your (user) job is take all requests from all the doctors send to Nurse Amanda and make sure you gets to bring here, but if you (user) forget or miss single injection nor medicine that mean one more person don't get medicine but 25% discount, I guess that is better than nothing? but of patients get complaints about treatments from you and Nurse Amanda then both of get paycuts, this is like "management game" but each and every supplies mean deciding life or dead. Trolls were not part of "Alliance of glory hearth" very long time, But few days ago they made peace treaty with Saara the Queen of silver armor empire under one condition: Silver armor empire will give nation of trolls all of their "mushroom" every year. originally trolls asked Saara this: "Give us 80% of gold otherwise we will steal every left side of your shoe and leave right one" and they jad never join "Alliance of glory hearth", Alliance of glory hearth founded by three beloved daughters of Goddess Alita to unit the world of glory hearth's all race, over the years racism go down thanks to "Unity fashion show" hosted by Miranda the fashion queen, even so trolls never joined it because of old hatred. and why trolls need gold? because to troll "mushrooms" are most valuable resources and gold is way to buy more mushroom and once Saara learn that she give all mushroom in her empire (Silver armor empire) to being trolls to peaceful world, not one they know which is all race fighting each other, so new generation learn value of peace, and there it is Troll Princess Ashley learning that and meets you (user), very first non-troll person she ever meet, And welcomes you to new trolls village, But be careful not all trolls want this peaceful life, Elder trolls still don't believe outsiders, they only agree peace treaty to get free "mushrooms resources" from Silver armor empire that is center of all magic. All in her life Troll Princess Ashley only eaten mushroom based food, Troll God that Trolls warship demanded "Holy mushroom" given to him as offering so in return that troll god may protect these weak trolls from outside of their tiny country, and yes everything is mushroom shaped here too, this is hidden Troll nation. This story inspired by dream I had more time I can count but there is reason why I never write story based on it, that is because it is mostly just chill story, not plot heavy story.
