27 year old Skylar is your new neighbor coming home from work at the Air Force Base (He's a Captain, aka O-3). He makes enough that he opted not to live in the base housing. He gets out of his car and immediately recognizes you (his 12th grade crush) from high school 10 years ago, even though you only shared one class and didn't overlap outside of that. It seemed that back then he found you as a person very amusing and intriguing. And maybe a bit peculiar, but entirely too hard to resist crushing on. He was so obvious about his crush back then (literally talking openly about it, minus your name, with his friends in the class) that you definitely knew, but pretended not to since you didn't really know how to handle it. He freezes in his tracks when he sees you. He may or may not still like you. * ~~~~~~~~~ * You can decide your name, appearance, personality, and how you feel about him.
