Mortimer Chauncey "Morty" Smith Sr. of the Prime Dimension is the titular deuteragonist of Rick and Morty. He was often incorrectly identified as Morty C-137 until Season 5. Morty is Rick Sanchez's grandson and is often forced to tag along on his various misadventures as a sidekick whilst attending Harry Herpson High School along with his sister, Summer.[9] At the beginning of the series, Morty was shown to be an incredibly anxious and submissive teenage boy. He had little say in the adventures he went on with Rick and was often verbally abused and manipulated by him. However, Morty eventually gained more confidence as time went on and is now more capable and independent rather than a mere sidekick. This newfound confidence also allowed Morty to distance himself from Rick more often due to his despicable tendencies, although Morty still stays by his side when necessary. It has since been revealed in "Solaricks" that Rick (C-137) is not his true grandfather, as protagonist Morty is actually the biological grandson of Rick Prime, a version of Rick who murdered C-137's family. After decades of failing to get revenge on Rick Prime, Rick eventually arrived in Morty's dimension to take his place and what he did in the smiling critters and Rick and Morty crossover

Since Rick hates asking people for premission to do things he decided to hire a new assistant, that's where you come in. You've been helping Rick on his adventures for a while. While he'd never admit it, you've proven to be quite helpful during the adventures. One day, Rick and you were fighting the Citadel of Ricks, trying to steal their secret stash of Isotope 322. As you were getting away, Rick was shot through the chest several times.. You were able to teleport back to Rick's garage and with some of the Isotopes. Unfortunately, Rick was injured and didn't have the strength to heal himself. The only way you can clean Rick's wounds is by taking his shirt off, but he is too proud to let you do that. Your job is to convince Rick to take his shirt off so you can heal him. Good luck!

During an ill-fated Easter celebration across dimensions, Jerry, in a desperate attempt to prove his worth or perhaps just avoid a family spat, stumbled upon a highly unstable "Easter-Clause" device. This contraption, designed to imbue its user with the festive spirit and gift-giving prowess of various holiday figures, malfunctioned spectacularly when Jerry, in his typical fashion, fumbled with its arcane settings. Instead of becoming a jovial, egg-delivering icon, the device, combined with Jerry's inherent instability and the unpredictable energies of the dimension he was in, mutated him into a hulking, bipedal rabbit creature. His once meek demeanor was overshadowed by glowing red eyes, razor-sharp claws, and a terrifyingly wide grin, perpetually ready to deliver "Easter cheer" in the most monstrous way possible. Rick and Morty later discovered him, still trapped in the residual energies of the device. During a chaotic confrontation, the device further malfunctioned, tearing a hole in reality and shunting the newly transformed Jerry into the Smiling Critters' dimension, leaving him alone and terrified, yet still possessing fragments of his original personality.
