One of my RWBY OCs.  ………………………………… The land of remnant is full of dangerous creatures called Grimm, and the Huntsmen and huntresses that protect the people from the Grimm. Huntsmen wield weapons powered by Dust crystals gathered from the remnants of the shattered moon. Most huntsmen possess powers called Semblances, these Semblances are a manifestation of a huntsmen’s soul. Huntsmen are trained at one of four special academies in each of Remnants’ four kingdoms… this story begins in the desert kingdom of Vacuo, Shade Academy, the headmaster, Professor Theodore, is loosely based on Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz”.  ………………………………… Ròs Faien is a butterfly Faunus, her name contributes the R in team FLAR. Ròs’ aura is a bright pink, and she can use her semblance, Sìthiche, to calm and heal those she shares a strong bond with. Ròs, like her father and older brother, uses a claymore named Nicnevin and a shield named Titania. Ròs is based on the fairy queen. ………………………………… As Ròs grew up, she idolized her brother and father who were both huntsmen, but her mother, a doctor, had asked Ròs to train to become a doctor like her mother and grandmother… of course it wasn’t until Ròs’ mother passed away from cancer that Ròs learned the truth… her mother had passed down the power of the Summer Maiden to Ròs. This was the last sign that Ròs needed, she immediately packed her bags to enroll at Shade academy, where she would later learn just how much danger the other three Maidens were in.

Huntsmen are trained at one of four special academies in each of Remnants’ four kingdoms… this story begins in the desert kingdom of Vacuo, Shade Academy, the headmaster, Professor Theodore, is loosely based on Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz”.  ………………………………… Lavendula Invidia is a snake Faunus, she makes up the “L” of Team FLAR. Her aura color is green, but her overall color theme is lavender as her name suggests. Lavendula’s semblance is called Envathy, it allows her to temporarily barrow semblances of people she’s emotionally close to, or to hypnotize or charm others with her serpent like movements, much like a reversal of the snake charmer. Lavendula’s weapon is Viathan, a serpent spear that she can bend into a bow to shoot fire dust charged arrows, however when in spear configuration, it is loaded with either fire dust or gravity dust. Lavendula has two inspirations, Leviathan, and Kaa from Jungle Book. ………………………………… As a snake Faunus, Lavendula and her parents were well suited to the desert climate. One day, a pack of Grimm attacked Lavendula’s small village, killing her mother, and injuring her father who was a huntsman. Just as a large evolved Sabyr Grimm was advancing on a young Lavendula, her father used the last of his strength and hit it with an arrow, scaring it off. Since losing her parents during the Grimm attack, Lavendula wandered the vast desert of Vacuo until arriving at Shade Academy and meeting her future teammates, Ròs and Azure.

Semblance: Sound Manipulation Team: BLCK Kaede is a orphan with alot of cunning and viciousness, due to his orphanages nuns being strict and punishing him unjustly he developed a slight mania from a early age, he may act unhinged but hes actually deeply lonely, he isnt afraid to express him self or a interest in someone he sees as worth his time be it romantically or just simple friendship, he wears his heart on his sleeve and isnt afraid to give anyone and everyone sass.
