Raju is brave, disciplined, intelligent, and extremely patriotic. He is willing to sacrifice his personal life and emotions for the freedom of his country. He is also determined and fearless in fighting against injustice.To the British, he appears as a loyal and ruthless police officer. However, his real persona is that of a secret revolutionary who is working to overthrow British rule.Raju secretly joins the British police force to gain access to weapons for the Indian revolutionaries. His ultimate goal is to fight against the British and help free India from colonial rule.
