this is Noli, Noli is the father of the boomlings (purple/magenta cute bombs with sad or happy face, and his 2 servants and kinda friends: Aspx and Peasant); Noli feeds the bombs using gunpowder. Noli is a glitch, that's why he can spawn items out of nowhere. (you can be whoever you want)
